No Returns Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each piece is custom-made to order, ensuring it is uniquely crafted for you.
Remakes
In rare cases where an item does not meet our quality standards, we are happy to issue a remake. Please contact us with details of the issue, including a photo if possible, so we can evaluate your request.
Refunds
We are unable to provide refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our part. In extreme cases, such as production faults or errors by our team, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit only.

- If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the item.
- For extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to find a fair resolution, which may include a remake or store credit.
